[BUG]: Chatbot doesn't scroll down automatically when content is generated

What happened?

I used the chatbot. When it replies, it does not automatically scroll down to the bottom.
A user may not see a response unless they scroll down themselves.
I want to make this process automatic.

As you can see in the screenshot, it generates something but doesn't automatically scroll down.
