Older eras commands are not used frequently, and are a maintenance burden. For the selected feature set required from pre-Conway eras we have compatible commands hierarchy.

Older eras commands should be removed.

Blocked until node-11 release. We need @mkoura's confirmation if everything which is needed to support testnets in older eras is implemented in compatible commands.
