The proposal list is not categorized correctly based on the governance action type. Both the Info and Treasury sections display the same proposals, leading to a mix of Treasury and Info proposals in both sections.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to the Proposal Discussion Page.
2. Observe the proposals listed under the Info and Treasury sections.

Actual behavior

• The Treasury and Info sections display the same set of proposals.
• Treasury proposals appear in the Info section.
• Info proposals appear in the Treasury section.

Expected behavior

• Each proposal should be displayed only in its respective section.
• Treasury proposals should appear only in the Treasury section.
• Info proposals should appear only in the Info section.
