Bad styles outside page builder, and after deployments

It seems that pages sometimes render with incorrect styles. Generally they look correct in page builder, but can look wrong when not logged in. It also seems that deployment can cause this in production when it's not happening in staging.

• Pushes live and the fonts break
• Logged in or logged out, looks wrong
• Open Beaver builder, and it looks fine there and she can publish the changes
• This fixes it
