Using `texliveonfly` on MacOS #4086

texliveonfly on MacOS needs sudo to run.
In latex-workshop.latex.tools,

    {
      "name": "texliveonfly",
      "command": "sudo texliveonfly",
      "args": [
        "--compiler=lualatex",
        "%DOC%"
      ],
      "env": {}
    },

gives me nothing when run. If I delete "sudo", I got errors ! LaTeX Error: File `XXX.sty' not found.
