What do you mean by objects? Are you talking about editing the model, or are you talking about the entity wizard and item wizard dialogs?
By long periods of work do you mean you are working on a particular model for a long time, and then suddenly the issue occurs?
Could you describe this "cancel and return" button? Is it a browser pop-up, or a particular button in Blockbench which has a name that translates to this? It does not seem to exist in the English version of Blockbench.
