feat(jans-lock): lock should collect MAU and MAC based on log entries requests

After getting log entry from Cedarling it should collect MAU (monthly active users) and MAC (monthly active clients). Additionally it should collect action execution outcome statistics.

Lock should have Rest API to access stat. Stat should be provided in openmetrics and json formats.
