👋 Welcome!

I'm excited to share that we're now using Discussions, and hoping to make react-select better by giving everyone a place to share ideas, get help, and find out what's going on.

We have a broad community with hundreds of thousands of users, and I'm very happy to finally have a place to call home, rather than mixing up conversations with issues and redirecting questions to stack overflow.

There is also often more going on behind the scenes than is obvious, and we'll be using announcements here to give clearer insights into the current status and planning of the project than ad-hoc comments scattered across issues have been able to.

In the coming days and weeks, we'll be converting a number of issues to discussions, updating our issue templates and links, and generally doing our best to consolidate community support here.

In the meantime, shout out below with an intro and tell us about what you do in the community and/or with react-select!
