How to create hierarchical groups (groups contain subgroups and those contain options)

I want to use React Select in my project. I have grouped list of options. It's easy to make one level list.
But how can I create 2-level create hierarchical groups?
For example I have an array of objects:
groups_types: [ { id: 1, name: "A", groups: [ { id: 11, name: "A.A", subgroups: [{id: 111, name: "A.A.A"}, {id: 112, name: "A.A.B"},...] }, { id: 12, name: "A.B", subgroups: [ {id: 121, name: "A.B.A"}, {id: 112, name: "A.B.B"},...] }, ... ]
