Component without a dropdown menu

Hi,

Is there a way to use the any of these components without a menu dropdown or text entry? I'd like users to be able to type into a separate input field to create the bubbles in the box. However, they should still be able to press on the "x" to remove a selected option.

Is this possible? If not, are there any other libraries anyone knows about that would help me do this? Thanks in advance!
