Why clearValue/setValue causes infinite loop

Hello, I have used a library for many years, but I have not encountered a case like this. Because clearValue or setValue causes an infinite loop. The problem is seen whether or not setTImeout is used. I add some comments to the code so you can see the problem.

The problem is that the options change. Using a native select, it resets when the selected value is no longer within the options, but with react-selec it causes infinite loop.
