Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is currently no easy way to get started with japan if you don't already know it well or are comfortable compiling from github.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like a quickstart guide that I can point students to get started. It should introduce the philosophy behind the japan analyzer and demonstrate some common tasks.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Modifications to the README.md file, but that's too technical. Ideally this should be accessible to anyone without needing to log in to the farm or compile the code.

Additional context
I've created https://github.com/JeffersonLab/swcarpentry-jlab-singularity and https://github.com/JeffersonLab/swcarpentry-jlab-jupyter so I'm familiar with the concept.
