At first it looks like everything works, when I use the verify command it also shows that the CRC32 value matches. But when I unplug it and plug it back in, the CRC32 value suddenly doesn't match anymore, and also changes every time I unplug it and plug it back in. What am I doing wrong?

@EscolarProgramming It sounds like firmware you're using is changing itself during runtime, which would change the CRC checksum. If the first check matches, then the script should have functioned correctly and flashed the chip as it should.
So it sounds like your firmware is running correctly on your dongle and the issue could be with the firmware instead. (Or how you're using it)
I‘m not sure if that is an error in this tool or of the manufacturer. I bought an ZBDongle-P and now I want to use it as a router and not as a coordinator. Unfortunately I can not manage to reflash this, neither under Windows, nor under Linux. I follow these instructions (and some other tutorials): https://www.dropbox.com/s/mxuj63xu3tythtm/How%20to%20Flash%20the%20SonOff%20USB%20Zigbee%20Dongle.pdf?dl=0
