The comand: bellerophon --assembly trinity_saida_01.Trinity.fasta --forward 1.No_Micros_tagged_pareid.gz --reverse 1.1.No_Micros_tagged_pareid.gz --outdir 01_Bellerophon
gives the error:
error: unrecognized arguments: --assembly trinity_saida_01.fasta
