Nightscout and dexcom share upload schedule, ... other fixes and small improvements

• Option to specify when, during the day, upload to NightScout and Dexcom Share should happen
• M5Stack : option to switch off usage of WiFi
• fix #45 - setting value for battery, calibration, missed reading alerts was wrong when unit is mmol
• change in showing reading in badge counter : if notification on home screen is on, then use the notification to set the badge counter, so there's no need to multiply with 10 if value is mgdl
