VoCC: Distance-based velocity gives error #7

While working through the tutorial in your VoCC package, I encountered the following error with the dVoCC function:

Error in makePSOCKcluster(names = spec, ...) :
Cluster setup failed. 7 of 7 workers failed to connect.

I even tried the example on the package's helpfile, but still got the same error.

Could you please take a look as to why?
