As of now, 1.21.4 is extremely new on the release cycle. I'm going to give it a month for the mods in the pack to get up to date before attempting an upgrade.

I'll leave this open as this gets worked on.

Awaiting Puzzles and Searchables update

Searchables is seemingly abandoned, no commits in 10 months. What is it used for?
Puzzles still has no version update after over two months, despite multiple commits since, any way we can remove it?

They're both libraries for other plugins. I'll look into removing them now, however, I know Puzzles is a lib for one of the Fabulously Optimized performance mods. I might have to setup a new FO grabbing the mods for 1.21.4 and merge it into the 1.21.4 update for the Toolkit to avoid the library issue
