Add option for Filtering Formats making it as simple as Sorting Formats

It is very frustrating to select format manually because sorting format fails numerous times to select the suitable format because of lack in power. Sorting format can only help with sorting the formats and there is no simple way to filter out unwanted format which sometimes comes to the top and get selected making it hard to trust auto selection. Selecting the formats manually is not only frustrating but also unwanted because the auto format selection can be easily empowered by filtering formats removing unwanted formats.

Describe the solution you'd like

The developers can easily solve the above problem by implementing a simple way to filter formats just as sorting formats is implemented. I know that we have the option to create custom commands for better customisation but it is very hard for people like me to create one that works. Thus, I would like the developers to create a way to filter formats similar to sorting formats.
