Describe the solution you'd like

Provide an option in the download slider or the “Download playlist” window to list all subtitles along with their translations for selection and download right before downloading a playlist, multiple videos, or an entire channel, just like Seal does with users by showing them all the videos of the entire channel that they are willing to download when they attempt to download an entire channel

we don't know what subtitles a video has before we retrive the information of it + it's slow = it's not possible

but, you can use the new feature in v1.12.0-beta.1 to automatically remember your choices for subtitle languages
