autoprefixer不生效，造成浏览器兼容性问题

例如完全不会自动在user-select前加上-webkit-user-select，因此Safari上无效。
已尝试升级package，无效。
已尝试在nuxt.config.ts中在postcss的plugins内加上autoprefixer: {},，无效。
