Ability to specify vbr-quality #54

I am trying to use https://github.com/elsmr/mp3-mediarecorder in such a way that vbr is set at a higher value than 5, but it looks to be fixed in vmsg.

Looks like one might be able to do this with an alternate library: https://github.com/arseneyr/wasm-media-encoders
