Build the project with Maven. (eg: mvn clean install).
Once you have got the CTF.war file in the target directory, deploy it in a web server (eg: In tomcat, copy the .war file from the target directory in your project and paste it on webapps directory in tomcat).
You can access the application with the URL http://localhost:(port)/CTF/level1.jsp
(some background videos will not be displayed. you can edit the source code as you wish)
