Recurring failed email dispatches post-email data breach

Fairly new to GitHub (and also not the most adept programmer), so I'm not 100% sure if what I'm doing is right.

For context, there was a data breach last May and everyone was forced to reset their passwords. The deadline for this was June 8. In the UWCCF Discord server, we have had a successful dispatch on June 3, but every dispatch since June 17 has failed. I forked this repository, but since I don't quite understand everything going on, I just made a change that would allow the error message to include the HTTP status code. This would be helpful to try to understand the underlying issue.
