Duplicate Issues

There are no existing posts relating to my problem
There are existing posts relating to my problem, but the solution given, doesn't work for me.

What happened?

I was trying to suggest a song to the You May Also like page, via the link at https://mogulchristmas.netlify.app/you-may-like/song-suggestion/ but it didn't go through due to a script error which adds the request to Google Sheets.

No response
