Migrate from unmaintained jquery.maskedinput to something like Cleave for input masking #104

When installing the latest version, bower installs jquery.maskedinput:

<script src="bower_components/jquery.maskedinput/dist/jquery.maskedinput.min.js"></script>

This plugin is no longer maintained and hasn't been updated in over 10 years.

Could monthPicker be updated to use something newer like Cleave?
