I Can't join my server because it says "Client is missing Wired Redstone mod version >= 0.4.15"

This means that the server is not receiving a config-sync response from the client. Are you using a proxy server like Velocity?

I would recommend going into your server config config/wiredredstone/common.json5 and changing syncPhase to "PLAY" and see if that fixes your problem.
