Kubernetes Events can be associated with a KIC instance

If there are multiple instances of KIC running in a single cluster/process, we'd like to be able to distinguish events related to a given instance programmatically (e.g. by a label).

Acceptance criteria

• Every Kubernetes Event that gets emitted by a KIC instance is enriched with an instance ID (or any other metadata that will allow associating it with the KIC instance)
