Report more information about servers in recovery

Currently, ltop reports the number of recovered clients, probably clients which have completed recovery entirely.

The recovery_status file includes additional information, including the number of clients which have reconnected but not completed recovery. Reporting more of the state in that file could help illuminate the state of the system, and enable the sysadmin to see whether progress is being made, or not.
