check posterior means line up within the same JK batch
try changing the randomness in different parts of the experiment (different ways to shuffle batches, different seeds for running the shear chains)
are chains converging on each batch? ==> run them longer to see if mean changes

we have showed that our approach works with shape noise 0.001 and 0.01, 0.1 seems to require 10^6 galaxies
