The aim of CLUSTER DETECTION VALIDATION is to provide the framework for the validation of DESc cluster finder on simulated data (SRM tasks : Cluster Finder Validation - CLFinder DC2 VA -). It is part of the DESC project :

In this repo you wil find tools to investigate the properties of detected galaxy clusters with respect to the true halos (e.g. redMaPPer cosmo-DC2 detections wrt cosmo DC2 halos). The association methods developped can also be used to match two different mock catalogs.
