Input complex survey geometry

So far, the mask is generated internally by TXPipe but it only includes depth (computed using the SNR estimate of detected galaxies) and it doesn't know about any masking at the image level. We may want to input masks generated by, say, supréme or other tools that contain pixel level flags, bright stars, etc.
