How do I get this working?

I understand that I've got to put a file with in ~/.mozilla/extensions/ but what does this mean "[email protected]" ? Obviously I have to replace the "example.org" with an address, but what address? I'm a bit confused. How exactly do I install this extension? Is it possible for the developers to put the extension on Firefox's Addon Store?

Any help would be appreciated.

this is legacy. It is unlikely to work unless you are using Palemoon or waterfox
