I need a space in which to develop people, ideas, and build socio-economic value for this world.

Ideal space would have an open interior architecture, windows that open (with curtains that close if on sunny side), fiber optic to the premises, a static IP address, bathroom facility (with shower), basic kitchen (sink, storage), and be located in a University town with access to grocery store and other cultural venues.

Access to bike paths, bus routes (or other public transit), parks or garden space, would be nice.
