Show the number range of intensity for every color

I want to know the range of intensity for every color, so i have a heat map for people, and i want to know
how much people range in red, yellow and lime colors.
and the range of each color show in the bottom of map to be link:
Red > 200
Yellow > 100
Lime > 50
and this numbers change according overcrowding of people
is this possible ?
