[Bug]: program not working

What happened?

After running exe file, it turn it off itself

What should happen?

the program should work with no issue

If no one knows a workaround I am sorry to tell you that python 3.9 and up does no longer support Windows 7 as it seems. See here where some guys talked about it.

Maybe there's a workaround somewhere in a forum but it seems like there is no official way to solve this other than to change your System.

But if you want to stay on Windows 7 for any reason there are always virtual machines. You could install a supported operating system there and then run it.
And then there is always the option to try run the source code itself. I don't know if that makes any difference for your error but it's worth a try.
