Season 2023 kickoff rewards issue

It looks like season 2023 kickoff is not eligible for reward in the Capsule Farmer.
But if you go in the livestream on lolesports.com the reward mark is blue so the stream reward are enabled.

There was an issue with some regions not being eligable at the start but it was resolved within minutes.
You still encounter this issue however? (it's still live so you can still check)

4:17 PM Eastern lolesports.com shows as rewards eligible but the capsule farmer is complaining nonstop.
