Just got my board and tried a few things. Haven't soldered the adapter into it yet, but the USB itself works great for now. I'm going to test the described cases on the USB4-Connection where some stuff doesn't work the next days and gonna post an update about that. If you have anything I could try feel free to reach out.

Now that I had a little time it seems like the USB and the adapter work very well. I can plug in any device and it works. Don't have many 3.0 devices but haven't noticed an issue with the USB Storage.
One very important thing though! Something doesn't work right. After a while leaving the adapter plugged in, the laptop doesn't turn on. An error code is displayed through the debug LED and that's it. After unplugging the adapter it turns on again. Does anybody have an idea, why that could be?
Nearly had a Heartattack because of it. My laptop is just outside the warranty window and wouldn't turn on, on Christmas morning.
