Duplicate / out of sync audio

After a short while (<10 min) of watching a stream, I get duplicate audio. I guess that's because the extension switches out the streams. However, it seems that the stream that is switched out is not muted properly.

There's a kind of workaround of just muting the stream in the GUI, which leaves the "background" audio running. One problem with the workaround is that the audio is often ouf of sync with the video stream. What is a bigger problem is that GUI muting will mute the stream completely when the non-mute stream is switched back out again.
