Help content in science tab is not complete #12

Hovering a tech in the science tab displays links to the top row. By clicking the links, one can open a help text that displays some info about the unit/tech/building and some rather useless content from Wikipedia.

It would be nice to have the complete help text there, or at least a link to it.
