E-Mails in PBEM Games are not sent reliably. Sometimes its possible to repeat a turn (maybe on another device) and the mail will be sent. Seems to be some kind of an server issue. Somwtimes it works goos for 50 turns, sometimes you are losing emails every 5th turn.

Rulesave does not save second terrain alt gfx tag. Consequences include failing CI ruleset resave test.
