Description

GOAT offers a very large range of blockchain tools, first launched in TypeScript and now available in Python too (starting with Langchain (https://ohmygoat.dev/chains-wallets-plugins#python).

Test that it works correctly with LibertAI Agents langchain integration (and make the necessary changes if needed), add the necessary deps as extras.

Expected behaviour

GOAT tools should work with LibertAI Agents
