Wrong SD card pinout

In contrast to most other peripherals, the SD card pins must have the exact pinout as specified here. This needs to be fixed for next revision.

I recently joined the OwnTech team and they told me to check out your stuff.
We were in the need of a bridge between the CAN bus WiFi and your project checks all the boxes.
So I took the liberty to rework a little bit the schematic and the board with the advice you have given through the issues.

I haven't moved the connectors nor the esp. This is generating some DRC errors due to courtyards overlapping but it's not a big deal.

Concerning the pinout, I tested the circuit on a breadboard and an Huzzah32. I can read and write on the SD with only one pull-up on the MISO pin but based on your recommendations, I added on every SD IO a 10k pull-up.

Can you tell me if you have any changes requests? And if everything is ok, I will submit a PR.
