Add support for a superjson transformer

I am trying to consume the actual tRPC routes created by trpc-openapi, and I need to define a transformer. Superjson seems to be the standard, so hardcoding it to that might work otherwise just adding support for trpc data transformers would be super helpful. I am hoping this fork can help me do this. The base repo seems dead.
