Linked datasets and readme dates don't match #9

The readme says The original images and XML are available on the British Library repository (1846-1881 and 1882-1920).

But on the repository the dates listed are 'The Newspaper Press Directory (1846-1880)' and 'The Newspaper Press Directory (1881-1920)'.

One or the other needs to be updated?
