Create a new graph to display both rain volume and rain probability in one graph.
This will replace the RainMap.

Prototype:

Pros:

Rain volume and probability in one graph
good (possible) overview
probability is useful

Cons:

Hard to read on Discord without zooming into the picture
probability always from 0 to 1 should be 0% to 100%
timestamp (X-Axes) can only be displayed in 5-steps
-> Hard to understand
