If you cant maintain this library anymore, please say it clearly in README and issues! 🙏

I have an old system using this and the lack of types (for TS) is very annoying...

@LoicMahieu any chance of getting some dependancy updates in? im starting to have to use --force when installing this package to work with peer dependancies
