Existing tools for converting JSON export to HTML

Is the JSON documentation export in a standard that can be used to generate HTML with existing tools? Or, are there any tools that specifically deal with this export format?

It would have to be parsed and translated into HTML. Unfortunately, I do not know of any tools that do this already — I intended to make one but haven't gotten around to it.

There are many tools for translating Markdown into HTML, however, the Markdown output is more of an example than fully-featured rendering.

Thanks for the reply. Just wanted a jump start, but it should be fairly straight foward to write my own in handlebars or similar.

I haven't heard of this kind of tool at the moment, but I think maybe you can convert the generated MD file to HTML, and there are very mature tools for this kind of format conversion on the Internet.
