Show an icon next to instance names that support reactions

Currently there is no way to easily tell if a person's instace, who's post you're reacting to, even supports emoji reactions.

Describe the solution you'd like
A setting that when enabled shows a little face emote next to the person's instance name if the instance supports emoji reactions.

Something like the emote button when you're making a post could work.
