Refresh recent media upon post creation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes while writing a post, I realize I don't have the best image to illustrate it : badly cropped, need another image... So I go back to my image app, or download one from the Internet, then come back to Moshidon to continue writing. But then, when I click to add a media to my post, the list of recent media is in the state where it was upon opening the post redaction window. I have to save the post as draft, close and then open the post redaction again.

I wish last media were refreshed in real time, or at least every time media selection tool is opened.
