Allow to filter moderation notifications

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm a moderator on a large instance. We receive notifications for accounts creations and reports. But these kind of notifications can't be filtered, so there is no way for me to disable them as I can do on the web Mastodon interface.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add the multiple moderations notifications to the filters, or give a way to disable them in the notifications tab.

Hmmm, i wonder what these notifications are like in the type parameter... I will look into this later
